In the past, I only found the time to photograph during my lunch break; however, the sun is directly overhead and I am never satisfied with the lighting. Lately I have been photographing people after work, where the sun is beginning to set. Not only does the lighting work better for photographing people, the shadow play is a lot more interesting.
