Halloween at The Drake was quite a site. There were hundreds of people all dressed-up; some of the costumes were the typical Heidi's and Ghosts, but there were quite a few that were amazing. One dude actually created a costume that looked like Bumble Bee from the Transformers; not only did he win $500 for best costume, when I walked into the washroom I noticed this thing in there and it scared the living hell out of me.

• Thanks guys. There is no way I was going to let this shot get away. I actually took 6 shots and in one of them, she is looking right into the camera, but at 3200ISO, I really liked the way this one came out.

• I can't articulate how this shot appeals to me but I'm really drawn to it. The high ISO really ads to the shot as well as the toning. Nice one.
